Read Property & Advisory is an independent property advisory and consulting group. We provide both expert advice and hands-on management on a range of property matters with the objective to minimise risk, resolve complex problems and to add value/maximise returns.
We have experience in retail, commercial and large public masterplanning and infrastructure projects.
Our approach is to work with existing or new teams in a collaborative manner, engaging all stakeholders in the decision making process with a very strong focus on achieving innovative yet tangible, achievable and commercial outcomes.

Founder and Director, GAICD
Nick Read has over 25 years experience as an investment manager, asset manager, project director, development manager and project manager. His career includes a broad range of executive roles in public and private institutions including DEXUS, Mirvac, Lend Lease and Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority. Over his career, he has a successful track record in creating and delivering over $2Bn in major retail and commercial projects.
