Role: Head of Retail Asset, Investment & Development Management

Value: $100m

At DEXUS, preparation of the long-term master plan and redevelopment strategies. The first stage of the redevelopment recently opened with a new Woolworths supermarket and fresh food precinct as part of the strategy to reposition Willows as the dominant centre in its trade area.

Quadrangle Village, Spice Alley, Sydney

Acquisition advice in the purchase of Quadrangle Shopping Village and subsequent preparation of the initial repositioning strategy and investment management advice together with Spice Alley at Kensington Street Chippendale.

Westfield Miranda, Sydney

Role: Project Director/Head of Retail Asset, Investment & Development Management

Value: $550m (end valuation $2.0b)

At DEXUS, representative in the JV with Westfield negotiating the D&C and other Agreements and management of the overall redevelopment. The redevelopment repositioned Miranda as the leading super regional shopping centre of the southern suburbs of Sydney.

Darling Quarter, Sydney

Preparation of the concept plan and commercial strategy for the Darling Quarter precinct, an award winning project subsequently developed by Lendlease that went on to win 5 international and 39 Australian industry awards.

Smithfield Shopping Centre, Cairns

Role: Head of Retail Asset, Investment & Development Management

Value: $50-$100m

At DEXUS, management of the preparation of the long-term masterplan including the approval of a new lifestyle and cinema precinct.

Development Management of the initial site development.

Westfield West Lakes, Adelaide

Client: DEXUS

Role: Project Director/Head of Retail Asset, Investment & Development Management

Value: $95m

At DEXUS, representative in JV with Westfield negotiating the D&C and other Agreements and management of the redevelopment that cemented West Lakes as the dominant centre in the trade area via introduction of a new Target DDS and fashion mall.
